Terms of Service

1. The service and who provides it

Honey Badger helps you choose a trading strategy and copy it to your account through Bybit copy trading. The service is provided by TradeGreat Sp. z o.o., Poland, through the Telegram bot @Neuro_trade_AI_bot and the website honeybadgerbot.io.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use Bybit in your country. Bybit checks your identity and country under its own rules.

3. Strategies and copy trading

• You trade from your own Bybit account. Your funds stay in your account, and we have no access to them.
• The strategy's master trader receives a share of profit only, under Bybit copy trading rules. The exact share is shown on the strategy's page on Bybit.
• Clients in the EU and the US can connect through a trade copier; we may ask for your email to send the invitation.
• You choose the amount and the stop-loss and can stop copying at any time in Bybit.

4. The club

• Free membership: register on Bybit with our referral code or link your existing account to it. Free access is given right away and can be withdrawn if the referral is not confirmed.
• Paid membership without Bybit: €49/year, paid through Stripe and valid for 12 months from payment. Renewal terms are shown at checkout.
• Club members get all strategies and strategy matching, unlimited signals, alerts, education materials and an individual setup.

5. Referral program

• Rewards are credited under the program conditions shown in the bot.
• The minimum withdrawal is $50, paid to your Bybit UID.
• We may change the program rules; changes are announced in the bot.
• Abuse (fake or self-referrals, fraud) leads to cancellation of rewards and of access.

6. Signals, alerts and statistics

Signals, alerts, strategy statistics and other materials are for information only and are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

7. Risks

Trading involves a high risk of losing money. Past results do not guarantee future results. Read the Risk Disclosure before you start copying a strategy.

8. Limitation of liability, suspension and termination

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, for the actions of Bybit or other third parties, or for interruptions of the service.
• We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if required by law. You can stop using the service at any time.
