    1. Who we are

    Honey Badger (the Telegram bot @Neuro_trade_AI_bot and the website honeybadgerbot.io) is operated by TradeGreat Sp. z o.o., Poland ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

    2. What data we collect

    • Telegram data: your Telegram ID, username and interface language.
    • Source: the link or start parameter you came from (for example, a website button or an ad).
    • Your answers in the strategy quiz (amount range, acceptable drawdown, goal) and the strategy you choose.
    • Your Bybit UID, if you provide it to join the club or connect a strategy.
    • The amount you invest, as you tell us or as visible in our copy trading data.
    • Your email, only if you connect through the trade copier for clients in the EU or the US (we send the invitation to it).
    • Payment data for the club: payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status and amount, and we never see or store your card details.
    • Referral program data: your referral balance and payouts to your Bybit UID.
    • Website data: pages visited, referrer and browser type (Google Analytics and our server logs), and your language choice saved in your browser's local storage.

    3. What we never receive

    We never ask for and never receive exchange API keys, exchange passwords or any access to your funds. Your money stays in your own Bybit account.

    4. Why we use your data

    Legal bases: performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and your consent where it is required.

    • To recommend a strategy and show its statistics.
    • To give you club membership and check your Bybit referral or subscription.
    • To help you connect copy trading, including the trade copier for the EU and the US.
    • To run the referral program and pay out rewards.
    • To talk to you in the bot and answer support requests.
    • To understand how the bot and the website are used (aggregated statistics) and improve them.

    5. Who we share data with

    We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

    • Hetzner (hosting in the EU), where our servers and database run.
    • Stripe, for club payments.
    • Telegram, which delivers the bot's messages.
    • Google Analytics, for website statistics.
    • Bybit processes your exchange account under its own privacy policy; we only check your UID in our Bybit referral and copy trading dashboards.

    6. How long we keep data

    We keep your data while you use Honey Badger. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to contact@tradegreat.io: we delete it within 30 days after your request. Records we are required by law to keep (for example, payment and accounting records) are kept for the period the law requires.

    7. Your rights

    Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@tradegreat.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

    8. Security

    Connections to our services use HTTPS. Secrets are stored encrypted, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

    9. Changes to this policy

    We publish changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes are also announced in the bot.
